Common questions

Will deleting duplicates remove my originals?
No. Cleaniva always preserves the "Best Option" — the highest-quality version of each duplicate group. Only the lower-quality copies you select are removed.
Is my data sent to the cloud?
Never. All processing — duplicate detection, video compression, storage analysis — happens entirely on your device. Your media files never leave your iPhone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cleaniva → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I forgot my Secret Space PIN — what do I do?
Your PIN is stored securely on your device only. Use the "Forgot PIN" option in the app, which requires verifying your Apple ID. Contact support if you need further help.
